Rancho Mayab is located 15 minutes from Playa Del Carmen and 30 minutes from Tulum.

We are located between Playa del Carmen and Tulum in the heart of the Mayan Riviera.

All lot owners will have beach access at Xpu-Ha Bonanza Beach, voted one of the most beautiful beaches in the Riviera, which lies just 2 miles east of the property.
