Restrictions: 30% clearing of total hectare starting in the center, working outwards.

The development consists of 200 lots or homesites in the total development of 232 hectares.

We have already discovered numerous cenotes on the Rancho Mayab property.
The larger, more significant cenotes will be shared by the community, while smaller cenotes will be divided between the closest lots.
