Project Description: We offer lush jungle lots of a minimum size of 1 hectare (2.47 acres), allowing for construction of a home per hectare with flexibility to build a guesthouse and/or up to 6 detached rooms/bathrooms (cabañas).

Restrictions: 30% clearing of total hectare starting in the center, working outwards.

Our subdivision design offers diverse, unique, tranquil spaces all of which are unique unto themselves.

Uniquely designed by Carlos Alamillo, an eco architect whose focus is to create and build sustainable living spaces that is truly in harmony with nature.

The development consists of 200 lots or homesites in the total development of 232 hectares.

U.S. Title insurance is available for each building site.

CC & R’s (Covenant Conditions & Restrictions) are designed to insure the sustainability, value, and maintenance of the overall character of Rancho Mayab Xpu-Ha.

 

CENOTES

The word comes from the Mayan word Dzonot, meaning "Well."

The Yucatan Peninsula sits on a massive underground river system with totally clear water filtered through limestone.

We have already discovered numerous Cenotes on the Rancho Mayab property.

The larger, more significant cenotes will be shared by the community, while smaller cenotes will be divided between the closest lots.
